Ball Badminton Expanding Globally: Introduction Efforts in Indonesian Universities

 Ball Badminton, traditionally popular in India, is gradually gaining international attention, with recent efforts reported in Indonesian university sports circles. Demonstration sessions and student-level exposure programs have helped introduce the sport to new players, highlighting its fast-paced nature and team-based excitement.

Sports educators and university coordinators have shown interest in including Ball Badminton as a recreational and developmental activity, which could open pathways for future inter-university competitions. If structured leagues and training programs follow, Indonesia may soon become one of the emerging international centers for Ball Badminton in Southeast Asia.
